MERCY is of good breed and comes with not so common but very healthy engine. He has a good history of MOT, incluing his most recent which is included; just under 12 months. He came to us with only one prevoius owner and has until late been kept in dry storage.

He has travelled just over 103,500, which means his engine has not even been broken in. Mercy has been lovingly converted, 2 x sky lights, 4 x side windows, fully insulated, plyed and headliner carpet throughout. His floor has also been insulated and ply lined before a non slip flooring appied. He has strut mounted cupboards / cabinets throughout, made with light weight expensive boarding.

A microwave, but his unique feature is his pull out shower/toilet pod. This is very user friendly by simply opening the back doors, lowering the adjustable legs and pulling out the pod. Allowing you full use of the internal space. He has a brand new fiammi full length awning, and a solar panel fitted to his roof, he has 2 x leisure batteries, with a full invertor therefore can be rigged to 24v or 12v as per your choosing.

A brand new toilet, shower base, along with lots and lots of extra, which are included in the sale as he is an unfinished project. The toilet is designed to still be accessible even when the pod is pulled in for transit. The shower will be supported by a fully fitted 80ltr tank. The bed is based on a pull out design and is equivalent to a double bed in space. There is an aerial is fitted, as are the led strips to the ceiling.
